These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of graphisco.com and to design services provided by Graphisco Creative Studio (SMC-Private) Limited (“Graphisco”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Graphisco provides brand identity, marketing and advertising, UI/UX, packaging, typography, publication, infographic and illustration design services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fee for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms if the two conflict.
Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects normally begin after the agreed advance payment is received.
- Remaining payments are due as set out in the proposal or invoice. Late payment may pause work on the project.
- Fees do not include third-party costs such as printing, stock images, fonts, plugins or hosting unless stated in writing.
Revisions and approvals
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be charged separately. Approval of a design by the client confirms it is ready for final delivery or production.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, content and feedback on time, and confirm they have the right to use any materials (logos, images, text) they supply to us. Delays in feedback may extend the project timeline.
Ownership and usage rights
Once the project is paid in full, ownership of the final approved designs passes to the client, except for third-party assets which remain subject to their own licences. Drafts, unused concepts and working files remain the property of Graphisco unless agreed otherwise. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to in writing.
Cancellations and refunds
If a project is cancelled by the client, payment is due for work completed up to the cancellation date. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for errors in printed or published material that the client approved before production.
Website use
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Graphisco or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Lahore.
