The Challenge

Khaliah O. Guillory runs Nap Bar, a wellness brand with sleep suites and VR relaxation pop-ups, and KOG & Company, her speaking and consulting business. She needed sales and event materials that could explain sleep science, Nap Bar’s services and her own story quickly to busy corporate buyers, conference organisers and partners, often on short deadlines.

The Solution

For Nap Bar we designed a sleep-tips infographic, “Rest wrote you a love letter”, that turns research into friendly, scannable tips, and a two-page capabilities statement that maps the customer journey and gives a company snapshot with certifications, awards, press logos and a QR code to book. For KOG & Company we designed a speaker deck in a bold orange, black and white style, with an introduction, her background, media features, past clients and the topics she speaks on. Every piece used her brand colours and photography so the two businesses feel connected.

The Result

Khaliah now has a matching set of sales and speaking materials she can send to clients and event organisers. She came back for four projects in a row, from the infographic to the slide decks, and described the team as quick to respond, open to feedback and always on time without compromising on quality.
